To see the calendar: nothing
Anyone who just looks at the calendar and the bars needs no account, and the site keeps nothing about them. The preferences on this screen (light or dark theme, favorites and who you follow before logging in) stay only in your browser.
If you log in with your email
- We keep your email address, the shows you marked as favorites, the artists and venues you follow, and your email notification choices (day-before reminder, weekly digest, new show by someone you follow), as well as the language you use on the site, so the emails arrive in it.
- All of this serves only to let you take favorites and follows to other devices and to send the notifications you turned on yourself. We do not sell or lend this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- A session cookie keeps you logged in; it serves no other purpose.
- The data is stored at Cloudflare, which hosts the sites, and the emails go out through Gmail.
Visit statistics
Some sites count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.
Links to other sites
Tickets, Instagram profiles and venue websites open in other services, each with its own policy.
To leave or delete your data
Every notification email has a link to stop receiving it. To delete your account and everything stored in it, write to contato@jazzcities.com.
